- Rotate positions within a paceline<\/li>\n
- Signal to communicate within a paceline<\/li>\n
- Position hands on the handlebars, maximizing safety<\/li>\n
- Employ emergency maneuvers and proper braking procedures within a paceline<\/li>\n
- Remove, drink, and replace water bottle while riding in a paceline<\/li>\n
- Use all gears effectively<\/li>\n
- Apply proper cornering techniques<\/li>\n
- Apply seated and standing climbing techniques<\/li>\n
- Apply the \u2018long and low\u2019 position to maximize aerodynamic efficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Athletes demonstrating relevant competencies will receive a Certificate issued by Triathlon NS upon completion of this clinic.<\/p>\n
